A Gift to Remember can process any order from foreign countries as long as it is to be delivered in the United States or U.S. territories.
Overnight delivery may take 2 days if your recipient's address is rural. Please call for details.
All orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii or any U.S. territory outside of the continental United States must be shipped priority (2-3 business days) or overnight (1 business day).
UPS, USPS, Fedex and DHL are the shipping carriers we use.
Saturdays, Sundays and holidays do not count as business days.
Redelivery charges will apply to orders requiring reshipment due to incorrect delivery information. Delivery services will not forward to another address.
Deliveries cannot be made to P.O. Boxes.
Recipient's phone number may be necessary to ensure timely delivery.
UPS ground service does not guarantee delivery times to residential addresses.
Based on season and availabilty, we reserve the right to make component substitutions using items of comparable or greater value.

What are your hours of operation?
We are available Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 6:00pm EST to take your call. Our customer service representatives will be happy to assist you! Online ordering is available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following Monday. [TOP]
