All orders received after 1:00PM EDT will be processed and shipped the following day (peak holiday seasons and multiple orders may need 2 to 3 extra days). A Gift to Remember can process any order from foreign countries as long as it is to be delivered in the United States or U.S. territories. Overnight delivery may take 2 days if your recipient's address is rural. Please call for details. All orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii or any U.S. territory outside of the continental United States must be shipped priority (2-3 business days) or overnight (1 business day). UPS, USPS and Fedex are the shipping carriers we use. Saturdays, Sundays and holidays do not count as business days. Redelivery charges will apply to orders requiring reshipment due to incorrect delivery information. Delivery services will not forward to another address. Deliveries cannot be made to P.O. Boxes. Recipient's phone number may be necessary to ensure timely delivery. UPS ground service does not guarantee delivery times to residential addresses. Based on season and availabilty, we reserve the right to make component substitutions using items of comparable or greater value.

What if I want to customize a basket?
Not a problem! You will need to call us Toll-Free at (877) 270-5200 or email us (agift2remember75@yahoo.com) your suggestions in order for us to make you aware of the feasibility and pricing of your desired basket order. Please note, a minimum of $60.00 must be spent on a customized basket.

Can I send a personal message with my gift baskets?
Yes, you can! Remember to include your message in the space provided on the order form. Your baskets will arrive with your personalized gift card.

What are your hours of operation?
We are available Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 6:00pm EST to take your call. Our customer service representatives will be happy to assist you! Online ordering is available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following Monday.
Note: If a holiday falls on a Monday, then the order will be processed on Tuesday.

How long will the gourmet foods in my gift basket stay fresh?
The items packaged inside are best if consumed within 6 to 9 months.
