| If a gift is damaged, missing items, or arrives in poor condition your money will be refunded in full or another gift will be sent to replace it. (That choice will be your decision.) If you need to return or replace a gift, because of the above reasons, just call us Toll-Free at (877) 270-5200 within 30 days of the purchase date and we will make the appropriate arrangements. If you purchase something that is shipping back to the buyer, the same return policy applies for the previously stated conditions above. If you make a purchase and then decide to return the gift(s) for any reason outside of these disclosed reasons, we will still accept the return and you will be refunded for the purchase price of the gifts. (Shipping costs will not be reimbursed for returns not meeting the above criteria.) |
